Don Thomas has spent most of his life in Central Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in accounting. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School. He has been a CPA for over 29 years and had his own CPA firm in Maitland, FL for more than 17 years.
He spent 23 years working in Corporate Finance and Accounting for Disney and Siemens Telecommunications. He and his firm have been serving small business clients and individuals for 17+ years to meet their Accounting, Quickbooks, Tax and Consulting needs. He is a former president of the Institute of Management Accountants and a former Rotarian. He is a current member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Professional Association of Small Business Accountants.
Don and his wife Jan have been married for more than 33 years and have a son, Andrew. He enjoys working out at the Y, biking, white water rafting, traveling and spending time with family.
His staff includes his wife Jan, who has a Finance degree from Rollins College in Winter Park with a background in banking. She handles office management and assists clients with Quickbooks and bookkeeping issues. Julia Anderson is a staff member who has a degree in accounting from University of Central Florida in Orlando and has been involved in assisting clients on monthly bookkeeping, accounting, Quickbooks and payroll tax issues. Another staff member is Anne Camblin, who has a degree in accounting from Aquinas College in Michigan and is involved in preparing individual and corporate tax returns. Another member of the staff is Susan Segal who is the administrative and marketing assistant for the firm. She calls small businesses in Orlando, Maitland, Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Longwood, Casselberry, Apopka, Lake Mary and Winter Springs to make them aware of our services and how we can help them.
